Everything was excellent except for the graveyard receptionist. The other 2 young ladies at the front desk were very kind, professional & friendly. I am planning to come back to Phoenix in June so i will be booking 2 rooms again. Oh! Your mattress is very comfortable if possible I would love to know the brand & style. Thank you.

My friends and I really enjoyed this boutique hotel/resort. The rooms are immaculate, the staff is friendly and attentive. The food is also great. I already booked my next stay here and can’t wait to return.

We had a wonderful time! We ate at both the Bourbon Steak House and Toro and the staff went above and beyond to make our evening such an event. Especially the Bourbon Steak House. We had fantastic service and the food was great! Such a fun night. The room was clean and comfortable and we loved sitting having our coffee on the balcony. The furniture in the room did seem worn for the price of the stay but everything else was great.

The room was very clean but the common areas not so much, Gym was dirty (couldn't use the yoga mat is was so filthy) and there were no spray bottles with cleaning towels to use after use.
Pool was full of dead insects.
Games room washroom was gross and needs a major update.
Never a good sign when there's a plunger next to the toilet.

The room was clean and spacious for 2 travelers. Back porch was nice with great view of Thunder Mountain. Staff was great. Great location in Sedona. Pressure through shower head made it hard to rinse soap from hair - biggest complaint.
